Operation Noah has appointed an award-winning documentary maker to a newly-created post of Campaign Strategist. Mark Dowd, a former Dominican Friar and for more than 20 years, television producer and presenter, is to take up the post with immediate effect. Dowd, 48, was the Churches Media Council’s choice as Religious Broadcaster of the year in 2006.

Churches unite to pray for political leadership and protest at inaction on climate change (Dec 6th)

On Saturday, 8th December Christians of all denominations will unite in London to pray for political leadership in protecting Creation, and will then join a national demonstration to demand that Britain’s representatives at Bali lead by example, by cutting Britain’s greenhouse gas emissions further and faster.
