As the UK prepares for a General Election, churches can advocate for the protection of climate and nature by pressing candidates to support the Climate and Nature Bill, which was written by scientists and campaigners and has attracted wide cross-party support.
Operation Noah has teamed up with Green Christian to put together a General Election pack to help churches to do just this. Our General Election pack includes written prayers, sermon ideas and other resources to get your church engaged with the climate and nature crises at this crucial time.
The General Election will be on 4 July, so now is the time for churches to get involved in calling for the protection of creation, and the Climate and Nature Bill is the most comprehensive piece of legislation for addressing the challenges we face.
