David Britton
David Britton joined Operation Noah as Bright Now Campaign Officer in 2024.
David is an ordained Anglican priest and has worked in church leadership as well as in local and national charities for over 20 years, including leading a parish in East London and chairing a homelessness charity. He is particularly passionate about the Church leading the response to the climate crisis. He has degrees in Theology from the University of Cambridge and in Communications from the University of Leeds. He is married with three children.
Ruth Jarman
Ruth provides administrative services for Operation Noah.
She co-founded Operation Noah in 2004 because she saw a need for a Christian voice speaking truth into the climate crisis. Ruth also works with Green Christian and Christian Climate Action. She lives in Hampshire and has three children.
Cameron Conant
As well as being a trustee, Cameron provides communications services for Operation Noah on a contract basis.
He has worked in communications in both the US and the UK, and has also worked as a journalist. Cameron lives in East London and has a postgraduate degree in Creative Writing from the University of Edinburgh.
Sharon Hall
Sharon Hall is now our Bright Now Campaign Manager having joined us in 2022 as a Campaign Officer.
Before joining Operation Noah, she volunteered with charities focussed on environmental justice and ocean conservation. Sharon also worked as a Senior Lecturer at Newman University in Birmingham for 10 years, focussing on children, young people and families. She has a background in youth justice and social work.
Bokani Tshidzu
Bokani has been Operation Noah’s Bright Now Campaign Officer since March 2020.
She coordinates communication about the campaign with partners and liaises with religious organisations divesting from fossil fuels. Bokani was co-founder of sustainability start-up Vertigo Ventures and has previously interned in politics and finance. She has a degree in Politics with Economics from the University of Bath.
Clare Fussell
Clare Fussell joined Operation Noah as our Bright Now Campaign Director in January 2024.
Clare has a background in coordinating environmental campaigns, with experience leading The Climate Coalition, managing Christian Aid’s Campaign Team, and being Environmental Adviser for the Diocese of Bristol. She is passionate about linking Christian faith with environmental action, and enjoys learning about permaculture and biodiversity through her role as trustee of Hazelnut Community Farm in Bristol, as well as through the eco work at her church. Clare is married to Luke, a renewable energy engineer, and they have two young children.
